Craft-Bier in der Weinregion Stuttgart - auf den ersten Blick etwas ungewöhnlich. Auf den zweiten Blick macht das aber durchaus Sinn. Die Bierothek® Stuttgart findet ihr seit August 2016 an einem der zentralsten Orte der baden-württembergischen Landeshauptstadt. Im Erdgeschoss der Königsbau-Passagen befindet sich seither die erste Anlaufstelle, wenn es um extravagante Bierspezialitäten, internationale Craft-Biere oder bierige Produkte geht. Bei einer Auswahl von mehr als 300 verschiedenen Bieren wird jeder Bierfreund fündig. Wenn nicht, helfen euch die Mitarbeiter der Bierothek® Stuttgart gerne weiter. Unter Anleitung eines Sommeliers finden zusätzlich Bierseminare und Themenverkostungen statt, die nicht nur wichtige Informationen zu den Bieren an sich, sondern auch zur Kombination mit passenden Speisen vermitteln. Diese Gruppe organisiert Veranstaltungen für fremdsprachige Gäste und Einheimische, deren Ziel es ist Kontakte zu knüpfen und Spaß zu haben. Außerdem wird Unterstützung bei alltäglichen und beruflichen Themen sowie Sprach- und Kochkurse angeboten.

Since august 2016 you can find our Bierothek® Stuttgart store in the heart of Baden-Württemberg’s capital. On the main floor of Königsbau-Passagen we established a hotspot for extravagant beer specialities, international craft beer and all kinds of other beertastic products. Our wide range of more than 300 different beers will suffice every beer-aficionado’s utmost satisfaction. If you have any trouble making your choice, Bierothek® staff is happy to help. In addition to our widespread assortment, we offer beer seminars and beer tastings, where a sommelier will provide you with important information about our beers and on how to combine them with your favourite dishes.

Sebastian : "En ce moment, j'adore les porters et les stouts de Cigar City Brewing de Tampa, en Floride. Si vous pouvez actuellement m'en fournir, n'hésitez pas à me contacter ;) Un peu de plaisir à côté - Avant tout , bien sûr, nous voulons que Stuttgart propose avec eux les spécialités de bière les plus insolites au monde."

Bierothek® Magazine : Quelle est la bière la plus insolite de la Bierothek® Stuttgart ?

Sebastian : "La Bierothek® propose de nombreuses bières exceptionnelles. Mais je pense que la Gurken Gose de Hertl & Hopfmeister est toujours invaincue dans ce domaine."

Bierothek® Magazine : Quelle bière recommandez-vous aux débutants en bière artisanale ?

Sebastian : "Certainement la Crew Republic 'Foundation 11 German Pale Ale'. Cette bière est toujours un bon choix pour commencer."

Bierothek® Magazine : Quelle a été votre première bière ?

Sebastian : "Ma première bière artisanale était une "Hopalicious" d'Ale Asylum. Sous le soleil du Wisconsin, ce fut le coup de foudre."

Bierothek® Magazine : Comment et quand en êtes-vous arrivé au sujet de la « bière » ?

Sebastian : "Tout a commencé avec "Hopalicious" aux États-Unis. Quand je suis rentré en Allemagne, le thème de la bière artisanale m'a particulièrement marqué."

Bierothek® Magazine : Qu'est-ce que cela signifie pour vous d'être responsable de magasin chez Bierothek® ?

Sebastian : "Je ne me considère pas avant tout comme un vendeur. J'aimerais plutôt être considéré comme un médiateur et un porte-parole du mouvement de la bière artisanale. Parce que c'est bien sûr incroyablement motivant et inspirant."

Bierothek® Magazine : Quelle est la bière la plus sublime de la Bierothek® Stuttgart ? Sebastian : « La Bierothek® Stuttgart propose de nombreuses bières extraordinaires. Je pense toujours que la Gurken Gose, une bière aigre de Hertl & Hopfmeister à base de concombre et de coriandre, reste invaincue dans ce domaine.

Bierothek® Magazine : Quelle bière recommanderiez-vous aux débutants parmi les autres buveurs de bières artisanales ? Sebastian : « Mon premier choix serait la « Foundation 11 German Pale Ale » de Crew Republic. "Cette bière est toujours un bon choix pour commencer."

Bierothek® Magazine : Quelle a été la première bière que vous avez bu ? Sebastian : « La première bière artisanale que j'ai goûtée était une « Hopalicious » d'Ale Asylum. Sous le chaud soleil du Wisconsin, ce fut le coup de foudre.

Bierothek® Magazine : Comment et quand avez-vous développé votre intérêt pour la bière ? Sebastian : « Les « Hopalicious » aux États-Unis ont ouvert le bal. De retour chez moi en Allemagne, le sujet de la bière artisanale m'a toujours captivé et a toujours été présent.

Bierothek® Magazine : Que signifie pour vous être gérant de magasin chez Bierothek® ? Sebastian : « Je ne me considère pas principalement comme un vendeur. Au lieu de cela, j'aimerais être reconnu comme médiateur et porte-parole du mouvement de la bière artisanale. "C'est quelque chose qui me motive et m'encourage énormément."
